About Pepper and her treats

Pepper has serious only child energy. She went through a few foster homes that had other pets, and tormented every other cat at the rescue. The second she walked into our house, she did a thorough investigation to ensure she was the only cat in our space, and then proceeded to make herself at home and claimed every blanket possible.

Pepper went from 6lbs to 12lbs in a year. We cut back on her food, invested in fancy automatic feeders and sought the advice of every cat owner possible. It was only early this year that someone recommended "Protein Toppers", dehydrated meats that fancy up any dish. We've tried them all, and even though we are DINKS, it isn't ideal for us to buy something pre-packaged and pay a crazy amount to not know where it came from.

We love our neighbourhood farmers market, and week after week we always see all of these amazing local dog treat booths - one day as we walked away from the market, I said to my husband "why can't they make treats for tibby?"

and the rest is history!
